Turn short internal meeting material into decisions and assigned follow-up actions.
github/awesome-copilotskills/meeting-minutes/SKILL.md
Before you use it
- Input
- Meeting metadata, attendees, agenda and available transcript or notes, plus the intended reviewer.
- Expected output
- Structured minutes separating summary, decisions, action owners, deadlines and unresolved follow-ups.
- Prerequisites
- The source targets internal meetings of an hour or less. Missing facts should remain unknown. Drafting minutes is separate from publishing them or creating tracker tasks, which requires destination access and authorization.
Installation guidance is not individually established for this example. Read the source and confirm its requirements.
Publisher documentation, static file observations and environment tests are different kinds of evidence. Runtime behavior has not been observed.
Study the method
Compare intake, capture, drafting and review phases. Notice how decisions differ from proposed actions and how absent information is identified rather than invented.
1 files in the observed scope; 0 in scripts/, 0 in references/, 0 in assets/.
Directory evidence checked 2026-09-08T14:47:50.063Z. Filenames and folder counts were observed; helper file bodies were not read or executed.
Zero files in scripts/ does not mean no execution, network access or file writes. Markdown and other folders may describe or contain executable behavior.
